A spirit level is a measuring tool that has strict packaging requirements. Each level shall be packed in a shockproof box made of foam material, coated with antirust oil, and placed in a plastic bag before packaging. Then pack the shock-absorbing box in sturdy cardboard or wooden crate and apply the designated markings on the outside. The liquid level gauge should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas warehouse. Strictly prevent falling, collision, and rain during transportation.
A spirit level is an angle measuring instrument used to measure the inclination angle away from the horizontal plane. The key component of the level gauge, the inner surface of the main bubble tube, has been polished. The outer surface of the bubble tube is engraved with markings, and the interior is filled with liquid and bubbles. The main bubble tube is equipped with a bubble chamber for adjusting the length of bubbles. The bubble tube is always level with the bottom, but it may change during use. Therefore, adjustment screws are provided.
1. Before measurement, the measuring surface should be carefully cleaned and wiped dry to check for defects such as scratches, rust, and burrs.
2. Check if the zero position is correct. If not, adjust the adjustable liquid level as follows: Place the liquid level on a flat plate and read the scale of the bubble tube. At this point, flip the spirit level 180 ° left and right at the same position on the tablet, and then read the scale of the bubble tube. If the readings are the same, the bottom of the level is parallel to the bubble tube. If the readings are inconsistent, please use a spare adjustment needle, insert it into the adjustment hole, and adjust it up and down.
3. During the measurement process, the influence of temperature should be avoided as much as possible. The liquid in the level has a significant impact on temperature, so attention should be paid to the effects of hand heat, direct sunlight, bad breath, and other factors on the level.
4. During use, readings should be taken in a vertical and horizontal position to reduce the impact of parallax on measurement results.
